1.  Manage portion size

Common sense - Right?

Wrong.

The number one question I get is "Jason, how much am I supposed to eat."

The God's honest truth is, people just don't know!

So let me set the record straight...

You should NEVER eat until you are full... Period!

Now.  Before you start moaning and groaning about having to go hungry... let me make this point loud and clear.

While you don't eat until you are "full", you do eat until you're "satisfied".  That means - content (happy), but still room for more.

Why?... I can here your curious mind inquire.

For the simple fact that it takes your brain a whopping 20 minutes before it gets the "full" signal from your stomach.  Studies show this.  Which means, by the time you feel "full"... you are actually down right "stuffed".  

More so than you realize!

Get this...

I never recommend counting calories.  Never!

I simple stick to teaching tip 1 and I seldom have complaints.

2.  Run from the "3-square myth".

Listen.  Hark unto me.  Your body was created to "nibble" throughout the day.

This means... five, six, even seven small meals each day.

Nothing.  I mean nothing.  Will light a stick of dynamite under your metabolism and explode mounds of fat from your body faster.

This my friend, is one of the single greatest natural eating for weight loss tips ever concocted.

3.  Eat plants.

No. No.

Not the budding cactus sprawling across your window sill.

The green leafy kind you find at your super market.  That's best. Spinach.  Kale.  Broccoli.  These are true enemies of fat.

And while you're at it...

Throw in lots and lots of their brighter cousins.  Apples.  Bananas.  The ones that really make your mouth water.

I'll let you in on a startling fact...

You're not overweight because you "eat to much".  It's because you're undernourished.

Fruits and vegetables are the key to reversing this.
