I just show this video today, and it will help you to simplify the weight loss process.  It's the easiest way to do it guys.




Determine the exact amount of weight you need to lose.

Next, determine how fast you want to lose the weight.

I've found that it works best if your time frame is in days.  That way you can split it up evenly.

Here's what I mean...

So let's say you want to lose twenty pounds in thirty days.

The easiest way to lose weight would be to take that twenty pounds and divide it by thirty days.  So when you do that basic calculation you find out that you need to lose .67 pounds per day.

Doesn't seem so hard does it!

So now you've got a re-defined goal.

Instead of focusing on this big number, you're only dealing with a very tiny number.

So your goal is now to lose .67 pounds per day for the next month.  That's it.  If you can do that then you will lose twenty pounds.

So how do you do it?

Well.  That's actually pretty simple.

There is a concept that virtually never fails.  It's amazing stuff!  The concept is called "modeling".

Look guys.  If you don't want to think.  You just want to have someone show you exactly what to do to lose weight.  Then you need to model other people.

It won't cost you a dime.

It's the easiest way to lose weight.

Modeling Is The Easiest Way To Lose Weight Fast


Modeling basically states that we want to find somebody who has achieved what we want to and the COPY them.

Pretty easy stuff - right?

And it makes perfect sense.

Look guys.  This is not "rocket science".  The same basic ways to lose weight work for everybody.  It really comes down to how well they are applied.

So what you want to do is find someone.  Friend.  Family member.  Co-worker.  Basically anyone that you trust who's lost at least fifteen to twenty pounds in the past.

What you want to do is find out exactly what they did.  What they ate.  How they ate.  The exercises they did.

The more you find out the better.

Then you simply want to model what they did.

Those people are absolutely naive!!

Look.  She is only 5'2" and would tell you "flat out" that it's discipline and not "genetics" that have created here fantastic physique.

So here's the thing exciting thing...

... if you simply copied exactly what she does the chances are (the odds are actually flooring!) that you would get a very similar lean "curvy" looking body that she has.

This concept works so well that many of the worlds most successful people swear by it.

You can use it for anything.  Finances.  Personal affairs.  And yes... it's the easiest way to lose weight too.

I can't begin to tell you how powerful modeling is.  Especially when it comes to losing weight.

What you're going to find is that the same basic principles have very similar affects on everybody.

This simply means, what has worked for someone else will work for you as well.

Plus, asking someone you trust beats having to "guess" your way through the process.  This is the #1 thing that stops people.  They guess.  They get it wrong.  And they give up.

So let's recap what we've done here.

First, we've taken your goal to lose twenty pounds in thirty days and re-focused it to just .67 pounds per day. 

Much less intimidating.

Then we talked about modeling. 

Just find someone who's lost weight and copy what they did.  Who cares if it's exact.  Just ask them what the three or four main things they did were and follow them.



As I indicated in the video.  The most important
questions when it comes to losing weight are usually
along the lines of...

- What did you eat on a daily basis?
- What type of exercises did you do and how often each week?
- Did you take any "off days" - or cheat days?

Basically, you are trying to copy exactly what the person did.




Those are just example questions that I feel are the most important things to know.  If you want the easiest way to lose weight then the more you know the easier it usually gets.

It's safe to say that if you find out every single little detail about a persons "success formula" and you apply it exactly, then your results are going to most likely closely resemble theirs.

Oh ya...

Almost forgot.

Make sure you have a scale so you can measure your results.

As I indicated in the video above, you want to be weighing yourself every 3 days.  It's the easiest way to keep from getting frustrated.

The reason this works is because you typically will not see major results in one day.

I explain this on minute 4 of the video.

Make sure you do this guys.  It will save you a bunch of frustration!

Alright.  

So you want an easy way to lose 20 pounds in 30 days?  Those are the two principles guys.

1.  Take your goal weight and break it down.

2.  Model someone who has done it before.

I realize this sound "too easy".  But it really is.  I'm telling you that your body is not unique.  I realize it may be fighting you now, but that's simply because you are not doing the correct things.

I want you to take the time and look for someone who has lost the weight you want to using a very safe, natural method... and simply COPY them!

It's the easiest way to lose weight.
