questions when it comes to losing
weight are usually
along the lines
of...
- What did you eat on a daily basis?

What type of exercises did you do and how often each week?
-
Did you take any "off days" - or cheat days?
Basically, you are trying to copy exactly what the person did.
Those are just example questions that I feel
are the most important things to know. If you want the
easiest way to lose weight then the more you know the easier it usually
gets.
It's
safe to say that if you find out every single little detail about a
persons "success formula" and you apply it exactly, then your results
are going to most likely closely resemble theirs.
