diets rich in a variety
of vegetables and fruits, legumes, and minimally process starchy staple
foods.
Why a variety of plant-based foods?
The nutrient content consumed by eating a variety
of
plant-based foods
is very large. Getting a large variety
of nutrients allows your body to function at its highest potential.
This means losing weight at your highest potential.
Many Studies have shown that people who adopt such

diet lose weight far faster and healthier than those who choose other
