Best
Damn Dieting Article I've Ever Read... Period!
Searching
for a great dieting article?
One that is guaranteed
to help you lose weight. Burn Fat. And get thin
very quickly.
If you answered yes,
then I have an absolutely dynamite one for you below.
This
is no b.s. No fluff.
In fact, it's
no stretch of the imagination to call it the best damn dieting article
I've ever read.
Anyway...
I
thought I'd post it here. On my website. For all to
see. I even suspect that many website owners will put a link
to this article on their site as well. At least they
should.
Why?
Very
simply... your visitors will send you emails of joyless
gratitude for pointing them to it. In other words... you'll
look like an absolute rock star. More money will probably
even flow your way.
Ok.
So I could go on and on here, but I won't.
All I'm
going to ask you to do is think long and hard about every sentence of
this letter. To read every word with an open mind.
It'll change you.
Oh. And don't
be like all those lazy people who read something of value and
then are to damn lazy to put a comment in the box below.
Look. You are freely receiving here, so freely
give. If you find this article helpful then comment below.
It only takes 2 seconds. You're not too busy.
Just do it!
Let's now begin
with the dieting article...
The author, of course,
will remain anonymous. At least for a little while.
Here
goes...
Warning:
Do Not Read This Unless You Have Dieted At Least 3 Times In
The Past
Dear
fellow dieter,
If you have gone on a diet at least
three times in your life, then this will be the most important article
you'll ever read.
Here's why. I'm going to
explain to you why trying to diet just one more time... just one...
could ruin your chances at losing weight for the rest of your life.
That
means...
- Weight loss will get shockingly hard for
you.
- Trying to keep weight off will be an
exhausting burden.
- And you will
probably develop horrible "abnormal" fat deposits below your belly
button and on other areas. (If you
haven't already.)
Here's the shocking part...
It's
all caused by one thing. It's so very subtle. A
real "silent" killer. Something
that is internally "triggered" by those who have dieted at least three
times.
Now, I would not be telling you the complete
truth if I did not mention that it gets progressively worse every time
you diet.
That means...
If you
have dieted more than three times, say five or more (This is average),
then it
can get to the point that it's almost irreversible.
It's
why most people are never able to lose all the weight.
But
there is good news...
I said "almost".
That
is... I have yet to find a person who hasn't been able to recover.
But I will say this... it is much harder for those hard core
yo-yo er's.
Those who are on and off, on and off
diets
practically all the time.
So now you've been warned.
What
then is it that makes dieting more than three times so dangerous?
What's
the "silent" killer?
Imagine
with me for a second a heroin addict.
He wasn't
always that way. He shot-up once. Liked it.
Tried it a second time. Gave him great thrills.
Then three times. Then 4. And on an on.
Of
course... by this time his system was so used to the pure unadulterated
ecstasy that it began to crave it. Intensely. To
the point that although he wanted to quit in his mind... physically,
his
body had developed an unbreakable addiction.
Trying
to quit
became all but impossible.
And when he did, through
sheer gut wrenching will power manage to give it up, his body
reacted. Violently. Pounding headaches.
Intense vomiting. Horrible stuff.
Would
it shock you to know that dieting causes a similar effect?
It
does something to your body "internally".
You see,
the more you diet... lose weight... gain weight back... then diet
again, the more your system develops a craving for it. An
addiction.
This
is not science fiction. It's reality!
Studies
prove it. Research shows it.
You
see...
Your body works with all it's might to keep
all functions stable. It even tries to maintain a constant,
"normal"
weight.
So the more you lose, gain it back, lose,
gain it back. The more that cycle continues. The
more your body begins to take
reactive measures. It begins to understand the pattern, so
the
next time you try to lose weight it will literally fight with
an absolutely ruthless struggle!
And the more times
you
do it, the harder the struggle gets.
It's like you
are exercising your body's ability to fight you.
Now.
At
this point you may have found that it's almost unbearable to try to
lose weight. That no matter what you do, the weight won't
come off.
Well, that is your body fighting you.
You
have basically dieted your body into this "reactive" pattern.
Worse
part is... you probably also find that gaining weight has become very
very easy. Even if you don't eat much.
Stunning
thing is, most extremely obese people do NOT eat that much!
Of course, you never hear these real insider nightmares.
That's
the scary part...
In my opinion. After
years and years of experience in the industry, that's why so many women
are now ending up 200 pounds or more. They just don't know
how to shut it off!
And it won't shut off.
Ever.
That
is, unless you make some radical changes in the way you view weight
loss.
You see, despite all the damage that you have
done to your body, there is one surefire way to stop the horrible
pattern that is internally lodged. To put an end to the
fight. To once again, make your body work for you rather than
against you.
And this radical change seems to work
wonders for all the weary dieters out there just looking for relief.
Especially
those who have dieted three times or more.
I'd
venture to say that it's even a diet "cure"... if there were such a
thing.
Anyway...
The reason this
works so unbelievably well is because it's designed to SHOCK your
system. It's like hitting a brick wall head-on going 60 mph.
It stops the pattern dead! This amazing dieting fix
jolts the unwanted
inner pattern and forces your body to surrender.
The
best part is...
It is 100% natural.
In
fact, there are no pills or anything like that. It's
really just a matter of following 5 simple steps.
But
you must commit to these steps.
I've found that if
you do, then you can get absolutely thrilling results within just 7
days. Now, some people take longer. Some much less.
But these steps seem to be foolproof.
Please
note... I do not claim them to be magic though.
You
will need to do your part.
It is easy.
Anybody can do it. But there are no "free rides"
here. All that I'm offering is the basic, proven truth.
Now.
I could go
on and on here. But I won't. Instead I will simply
point those of you who would like to give these steps a shot, to a
website that contains the 5 step guide.
Yes.
You will need to make a small investment. But not
much of one. It's very reasonable and comes with a great
guarantee.
Remember,
all I'm offering you is an alternative to dieting. That's it.
I make no guarantees that it will work for everyone.
But I suspect that you're ready to give something else a try.
Something that can bring permanent results.
I
hope you have found this information to be useful.
Warmest
regards,
- Dieting Insider
