What is
the diet shakes myth?
Are you still under the impression that these
products alone positively
affect your weight loss?
If you are, then you are believing a myth. It
amazes me how many people
fill their entire daily diet with shakes and other supplements that
should be
used only in combination with a healthy diet. They do
not make up an entire healthy diet and in many instances they can
actually contribute to weight gain given their large sugar content and
other ingredients.
Have you ever heard of a diet apple or any other
diet fruit?
Exactly my point!
Yet eating
these foods will in many instances
produce greater weight loss results than drinking shakes. The only
reason that the word diet is added to anything is because product
producers know that consumers feel good about the word diet...
The greatest weight loss diet ever consists of eating real
food the right way. If you are drinking nothing but shakes
in an effort to lose weight you may be doing more harm than good.
