People are
desperate to lose weight. You want the fastest way to lose it
and you believe that those high and mighty Hollywood stars have the
answer.
But most people are absolutely naive.
They stupidly fall... and continue to fall... because they
refuse take two steps back and look at the facts.
So
here's your slap across the face...
When was the
last time a fad diet worked for you?
I will tell
you... NEVER!
"But there was the time when I lost 5
pounds on xyz diet"... you'll say.
"And what about
the time I lost 10 pounds in a week on the yxv diet"... you'll say?
But
the bottom line is simple (and evident)...
... Just
look at yourself now!
You are yet again overweight.
So clearly the fad diets have all failed! After
all, true success means losing the weight and never again gaining it
back. (Read that sentence again.)
So here in lies
one of the greatest dangers of fad dieting - you lost weight and gained
it back again. Only, if you're like the average dieter,
you've repeated this cycle over 5 times in your life!
It's
very subtle. I mean... haven't all women done this.
That's why you don't think anything of it. But

Because
you've established an "internal pattern".
This
continuous yo-yo dieting f's up your metabolic function and triggers an
internal hormonal pattern (a command) that triggers your body every
time it begins losing weight to store more fat.
It
says... "oh oh. Here we go again. I'm going to
block it this time!"
You have not succeeded in
losing weight... you have succeeded in making sure it is much more
difficult for you to have true success.
For you to
actually lose it and keep it off.
And every time you
jump on another diet, you just more deeply ingrain the pattern.
This
my friends, is one of the most subtle and widespread dangers of fad
dieting.
