Your
Correct
Weight For HeightIf
you want to know your correct weight for height, then this will be the
most important letter you've read.
Here's why.
I'm going to share with you the only TRUE way to find out
what you're supposed to weigh.
Let's
begin.
All height weight tables are based on averages
taken from many people.
In other
words...
If you're a 5'5" female than your ideal
weight, according to most tables, will be the average weight of
many thousands of other 5'5" females
Take
a second
and
calculate your ideal weight below...
This
correct weight for height calculator uses one of the most popular
methods. It's called the
Hamwi Formula.
The problem is...
the Hamwi Formula is still only based on tables of the average weights
of many other
people.
Why is this a problem?
Because
YOUR BODY IS UNIQUE!
In other words... these charts
(ALL OF THEM)
do not take into account "body structure" (shape, proportions, etc.)
It's
ridiculous!
It's the equivalent of saying "because
you're a female you must dress a certain way to be normal".
Thankfully,
there's a much better way.
The best weight for your
height is the weight at which you are "balanced".
In
other words...
...it's
the weight to which your body will "naturally" return and "hover"
around
provided that it's operating at 100%.
Now
get this...
This is also the weight at
which you will have absolutely ZERO "abnormal" body
fat!
After all... abnormal fat is NOT
normal.
Just picture yourself without those extra pounds.
The
bottom line is... THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WEIGH!
And
chances are, for
most people they were at their correct weight back in their early
twenties...
when their bodies where fully matured. (BEFORE their diets
and other outside influences got the best of them!)
Just
food for thought.
You should read the following
article too because you can weigh what you did when you were in your
20's...
