Why Consistency
Is Keeping You Fat?

search of the magic pill.
That pretty much sums up
everyone looking to lose weight.
"I
want it quick and easy... like right now... without having to put forth
any effort."The
amazing thing is that
most of these people spend years searching for the "magic pill"... when
the real magic producing wonders are starring them right in the face.
And
even more shocking is that even if they new what they were, they still
wouldn't lose weight!
Why?
For
one simple reason.
And
that one simple reason just might be the single... No it is the
single... greatest skill you can ever master if you have hopes of a
completely transformed body.
And I use SKILL most
deliberately.
A
very minute fraction will pick it up very quickly. They may
have
even been born with it. But the vast majority of us will have
to
master it.
We'll have to actually work at it.
But
once you get it... the results will quickly fallow.
So
what is this skill.
Just one twelve letter word that
tends to silence the crowd...
CONSISTENCY.
Yes
my friend... most people don't lose weight because
they are severely lacking consistency.
Ya. Of course
you need to
do the right things. And these magic producing wonders are
starring you right in the face. They are very
basic.
But without consistency, it
wouldn't matter if you knew them, you will not
lose the weight.
And
here's something that really burst the bubbles of those on a quest to
find the pop-the-magic-pill-and-get-instant-results secrets...
In
the words of my Elmer Fud...
"Gosh, golly, gey...
they just don't exist!"
Sorry. But it's
true.
And
obviously there are a few who just don't get it.
Case
in point:
I
just had a lady return a weight loss guide I sell. It teaches
the
tried and true basics. The rock solid, proven, as fool-proof
as
it gets, weight loss information that works for 99.9% of those
who
use it CONSISTENTLY.
And the fact that she returned
it is not the astounding part.
Here's what really
got me:
She returned it 2 HOURS AFTER SHE PURCHASED!!
Her
reason... "I already knew all of this."
Interesting
I
thought.
"If you already new all of this and how to
apply it... Why are you still fat?"
Perhaps I had
found the .1% that this information doesn't work for.
Yes...
I can be a bit sarcastic at times!!
But I'd be
willing to bet that while she might have known the information... she
wasn't consistently using it.
And there in lies the
problem. Too many people out there are simply
searching for NEW information... the long lost secret that will finally
turn everything around.
NEWS flash: IT
DOESN'T EXIST!
And
while you're looking, some other person is consistently applying the
basics and the weight is falling off in droves.
I
can speak from experience here.
Three years I
struggled to lose body fat. Three FULL years.
I
look back now and realize that I was simply jumping from one method to
the next and if I didn't see "overnight" results, I would simply toss
it aside.
I finally said enough is enough!
I
began to apply the basics,
continuously (Every single day).
Did the
results show up
over night?
NO.
In
fact, they didn't
even show up in the first couple of days. But eventually they
began appearing. First a little. Then a little
more. Then
more. Then a lot more... until I lost all my problem fat.
The
scary thing is, if I had stopped only
after the first few days... I would have never got those results.
One
last point I'd like to make here:
Consistency has a
way of compounding.
Here's what I mean.
At
first, the results aren't too fantastic. Then gradually they
begin to improve. Then they begin to EXPONENTIALLY increase
to the point you are literally losing pounds of weight each and every
single day.
It simply takes your body a little time
to get into
the weight loss groove.
Bottom line:
consistency is the king.
