Coffee Calories



Here's a shocker...

The amount of coffee calories in each cup are practically ZERO.

That's right.

Coffee contains almost no calories.

So why in the world does it cause some people to gain weight?

There are three primary reasons...

1.  Sugar

2.  Cream

3.  Caffeine
