Calories In Pasta

There are about 180 calories in pasta for every cup that has been cooked.

You can eat it even if you're trying to lose weight.

But there is a little secret involved here.  Something that practically no one knows about.

So pay close attention because I will explain.

Most people wrongly believe that eating pasta calories is out of the question because it has too many carbs.  Now, I agree that you do have to watch when you eat it, but actually, the restrictions on pasta are far to strict.

The problem that most people run into is trying to eat pasta all by itself.  For example, spaghetti with nothing but pasta sauce.  If you eat pasta like this then it tends to be stored as fat far easier.

However, what studies have found is that when you combine that pasta with protein, it's stored much less!

It all boils down to food combinations here.  There are very few foods that need to be off limits.  You can lose weight eating practically anything provided that you know how to combine those calories together.

And when it comes to the calories in pasta, simply eating them with protein can make a substantial difference.
