How
Mike Got A Total Body Re-Birth
In
my last article I gave you the "inside scoop" on why you may never be
able to lose your stubborn fat.
The good news is
that this was conditional.
Meaning, you can change
that bleak forecast if you choose a different path.
That
path being one of completely giving up dieting and other gimmicks that
literally DESTROY your body.
So as I indicated in
that article, I'm going to share with you a few very powerful things
you can do to quickly begin getting safe, simple and very quick results.
The
following story should sum it up nicely.
Mike came
to me wanting to drop about 15 pounds of excess fat he'd gained over
the years.
He's a great guy. 48 years
old. Works a nine to five job and has a house in the suburbs... you
know... a typical human being.
And like the
average person living in this country, he ate the normal diet
consisting of lots of red meat, boxed items and other "out to eat" type
foods... all of which produced the typical results... Excess midsection
baggage and other stubborn fat deposits, low energy and a few other
inconvenient health problems.
I guess he just
flat-out became "sick-and-tired" of being sick and tired.
After
all these years he finally was ready to feel good. Lose that
excess fat and get a body he was confident with. Pay
attention and I'll reveal the ordinary things I helped him do to get
extra-ordinary results.
First, we shrank his average
meal size.
With smaller meals his body
could digest the food faster, causing him to be hungry MORE often.
As a result we had him eating six small meals per
day. (An incredibly potent key to rapidly increasing your
metabolic rate and burning more fat.)
We then
gradually began to make shifts in Mike's "normal" diet.
These
shifts consisted of balancing out what he ate to about a 60%
plant-based carbohydrates, 40% proteins (plant and animal) diet.
And
don't miss this...
We balanced out his hydration
level as well by having him drink water throughout the day.
One
of the MAJOR factors contributing to excesss body fat is a constant
state of dehydration. If you're body is not properly hydrated... you'll
tend to become a "fat magnet"!
Gradually, throughout
this whole process, we began implementing a quick and easy exercise
routine. Nothing insane here. We just had him
focusing on the most important "flab-burners". Things like
weight lifting and other strength-building exercises. These
tend to be the best.
So what in the world happened?
I
guess the easiest way to put it is that Mike "re-invented"
himself.
He lost over 15 pounds and
experienced a total body "re-birth".
And here's
something even more amazing...
His doctors were
perplexed. They had know idea how he was able to get his
cholesterol to drop so much!
I will some up with the
most important lesson you're ever gonna here if you truly want to
transform your body... The system is everything!
Meaning, take PROVEN techniques and tactics, combine them together in a
systematic approach, and follow them CONSISTENTLY every single day.
If
you can do this, I've found that life-changing results are virtually
guaranteed to occur.
