I do the same basic exercises over and over and over again every week.

I want you to set in your mind to do this at least 5 days per week.  It only has to be for 35 minutes each day.

Monday - Chest & cardio
Tuesday - Back & cardio
Wednesday - Legs & cardio
Thursday - Arms & cardio
Friday - Shoulders & cardio

Then I just repeat the next week.

That's it.  It's that combination of weight training and cardio that has worked wonders for me and many others.  The key is just to keep repeating it each week.
