Ok. So I've talked about the best
fat burning food extensively in previous articles, but I'm not going to
stop until this sinks in.
The bottom line...
There
is one type of food that is by far the best.
Natural...
period!
This means no additives, preservatives or
hormones.
Eat this and your chances of success go
through the rood!
Now. Add this second
little tid bit on top of making sure your food is 100% natural and
results are virtually guaranteed.
You see.
I know that most of you flabby bodies out there were brought
up with the concept of the "food guide pyramid". You know...
dairy group, grains group, meat group, fruit group. And how
ever many others they've added lately.
Needless to
say, if you've been around this website long enough you know I'm not a
fan of the pyramid. I think it's good intentioned. I just
think it does more harm than help!
So get this and
get it right now...
There are basically three food
groups in my opinion. That's it. They are the
protein, carbohydrate and fat.
And of these three,
one in particular contains what I believe to be the best fat burning
food.
They are all important. And all
vital for your health. And weight loss. But if
you're soul mission is to burn fat as fast as possible, then this food
is proven to work wonders.
What is it?
Animal
protein.
Look. I will be the first to tell
you that I did not always believe this.
In fact, I
was borderline vegetarian for a few years. I read books and
bought into a lot of lies that came from the mouths of brainwashed
people living in fear. It's a cult really. I have
since changed my ways and I feel far better... and look far better...
because of it.
This, of course, does not mean that
being vegetarian is bad... for some people it works great.
All I'm saying is that for me it didn't.
So
what I found was that when I bumped up my animal protein intake, I
really began burning fat.
And studies, of course,
back this fact up. Animal protein burns fat... period! It makes your metabolism burn hotter and faster.
It's also among the best muscle developers on the planet.
Bodybuilders know this. Top athletes know this.
It's an absolute mystery to me why many vegetarians continue
to deny it!
Like I said, much of the movement is
"cultish".
I believe many are just too full of pride
to admit that just maybe there are alternatives that work better than
theirs.
But that's a rant for a different article.
So
the bottom line here is...
I began adding lean
animal protein with each meal I ate.
Lean beef (Perhaps the best fat burning food ever), chicken, turkey (amazing protein to calorie
ratio - excellent!), bison.
Listen. Hark
unto me. If you do this you can burn a lot of fat.
Just
food for thought.

P.S.
No-doubt I have worked many "non-meaters" into a fiery frenzy
of rage here.
So if you are one of them, take two
deep breaths and listen...
I have nothing against
those who do not eat meat. Truth is... I think this is
excellent for health provided it's done the right way. The
way of extensive variety.
Conversely,
you can
certainly eat too much animal protein. While it may be the best
fat burning food, too much is not beneficial. Balance is the key.
I
do not believe that one diet is better than the another. I
believe a balanced diet (protein, carbs, fat) will always win out.
And
I also believe that if the food that you consume is in its most natural
state than it would be hard to call it "bad". Certainly there
are exceptions here. But for the most part, those running
around pumping studies that this food and that food cause cancer have
done nothing more than turn us into a nation of "freaked out"
individuals scared to eat real food.
The diet
industry is of course based on this fear.
I think
they are brainwashed at best. Evil intentioned at worse.
All
one needs is an open mind, eyes to see and guts to admit that there are a wide
variety of diets consumed in many societies that are extremely healthy
and thin. The common factor here is that the food is
completely "natural".
Science tends to lump natural
food and refined food together. They tend to believe that an
apple is an apple no matter how it was grown. IT IS NOT!
My
simple opinion is... and it is based off of much research and
painstaking study with an "open mind"... that animal protein is the
best fat burning food available.

sincerely hope you will take a minute to place a comment in the box
