Best
Exercise To Burn FatWhat's
the best exercise to burn fat?
Chances are you've
been exercising your butt off and just not getting results.
So
why?
What are you doing wrong?
What
is the number one exercise you can do to finally start losing that fat?
Well.
I've found one in particular that works like gangbusters.
I use it all the time and teach my clients to do the same.
This
type of fat loss exercise is super simple.
Anyone
can begin to do it instantly.
In fact... You can
apply it as soon as you're
finished reading this article.
Best part is...
If
you do this for the
next 5 to 7 days you can get really great results. I've seen
it many many times.
That
fat on your body. On your stomach. On your thighs.
Can really start to shrink.
And it is so
very simple I don't know why more people aren't doing this?
Ok.
The secret is that you want your workout to be "muscle"
focused. This type is the best exercise to burn
fat. I will tell you why in a minute.
Now.
The best ones
that I've found are either...
- Lifting weights
-
Or "total body" workouts like the famous Tae-Bo or P90X.
And
if you are a female, doing muscle development types of exercise does
not mean you have to get "bulky".
Exciting part is...
The
exact opposite thing usually occurs.
It's just that
when we switch our focus from the typically types of exercises like
walking or jogging, to muscle development exercises like lifting
weights, our results tend to be way better.
I know
that I have found this to be true with myself and my clients.
When
I finally stopped focusing so much on cardio and really began to focus
on developing my muscles... my stomach fat really began to shrink.
Now
this certainly does not mean that you have to exercise any longer.
Truth
is...
You will most likely find that you can
exercise for fewer minutes and get better results.
And
you're probably wondering why a muscle "focused" exercise like
lifting weights is the best exercise to burn fat.
And
actually... it's really quite simple.
It is
scientifically proven that if your body has a greater percentage of
muscle, it will burn more fat.
Plus. The
added advantage to developing more muscle mass... and if you're a
female
then I'm speaking directly to you... is that your body (butt, hips,
thighs, etc) develops those sexy curves that my female clients
desperately desire.
Anyway. Just take the
same amount of time you're exercising right now and begin to mix in
muscle development exercises.
If you do, I'm sure
you'll be pleasantly surprised and writing me a nice thank you letter.
