There
are numerous foods that should be considered in your diet to lose
abdominal fat.
Each of these foods can fall into
three categories, those being Protein, carbohydrate and fat based
foods.
A good balance these three is the surest
way to seeing dramatic stomach fat loss in the shortest period of time,
provided you also have a good exercise regime.
It's
important to note before you go creating your diet that not all
protein, carbohydrate and fat based foods are all good for you. For
example, chicken is mainly a protein based food that is considered
healthy to have in your diet to losing belly fat.
However,
if you go buying a cooked skinned chicken breast from the super market
that has been basted with cooking oil in an oven for the whole day then
this wouldn't be regarded as the best option if you're looking to
experience belly fat loss. The same goes for carbohydrate and fat based
food. With carbohydrates the majority of people tend to consume white
carbohydrates such as white bread sandwiches, white rice, potatoes and
so on.
While these may not be the worst for you if
eaten in moderation the best option still would be to switch completely
to Low Glycemic carbohydrates such as basmati rice. This
will help to prevent adipose fat tissue residing on your body from the
foods that you eat.The kind of fat that should be focused on is those
that contain an adequate dose of polyunsaturated fat and are low in
saturated fat.
For example, cashew nuts, salmon, almonds and so on.
A
word of warning though, while these foods are excellent for you overall
health and appearance they do also contain a high amount of calories so
if you have a diet that is concentrates around losing fat you should
certainly keep servings of these types of foods to no more that one or
two per day.
