Breakthrough "Balanced Meal" Secret Destroys Fat

I'd always had my definition of a "balanced meal".

I was soon to find out just how WRONG I was!

Sitting there I couldn't believe what I was reading.

I'd been trying to get rid of excess body fat for years by following the same old eating healthy advice.  What I was reading in the corner chair of that warm, quit bookstore was a contradiction.  And not once had I ever read anything like it.

Could this be what I was missing?  The secret that would finally make the handfuls of fat hanging off my stomach evaporate?

I read further...

Glycemic index is a measure of how much a food raises blood sugar.  Super important.  Why?  Because the rate at which your blood sugar raises after you eat a meal determines the amount of fat you store.

This was all new and I was hungry for more.

Reading on I discovered the difference between eating a "balanced meal" and just eating healthy food.

You see, if I had a plate of organic red potatoes with corn I would definitely have a meal consisting of healthy food.  But balanced it would NOT be.

Here's why...

More important than the food itself is how you combine that food.  For example... if you eat only the potatoes and corn, the glycemic index of that meal is higher then if you eat that potato and corn with proteins and fats.  In other words... much more of that meal will be stored as fat than if you combined it with chicken and a dab of olive oil.

As I said, I was shocked that I had never heard this before.

Virtually none of the diets had taught it.  They simply preached counting calories and going hungry.  And studies show that over 90% of diets fail.  They will even make you far fatter!  There on that corner chair I was beginning to learn why.

Heck, at one point I was even border line vegetarian because I read somewhere that it was the healthiest way to eat.  Look.  I have absolutely nothing against being a vegetarian... all I know is that those were the most miserable months of my life.

Compared to learning how to balance my meals... everything else I'd been told about eating healthy was bottom of the barrel.  Second rate.

Anyway.

That day in the quiet corner of that bookstore was a real eye opener.  I discovered that a true fat shredding meal was carbs, proteins and fats all on the same plate.

Up till that point I had been carrying around so much excess stomach fat it was embarrassing.  It didn't last much longer.

Look. I'm not telling you that learning how to eat a true balanced meal is the only thing you need to do to lose weight.  There are many other skills that will ensure you lose it super fast.  But learning how to balance my meals was the missing key that quickly took me from self-conscious to zero fat.

Need to Lose Weight Fast?

Here's a simple 5 step fat loss guide that will show you how.
