will probably get side-tracked.

weighs.
In my opinion... free weights are the king
of strength training.
Why? Because they
are so versatile. You can work every major muscle group with
them. Plus all the small ones.

6. Get some type of cardio machine
Doesn't
have to be fancy. Just a treadmill or a stair master.
Anything that will help you work up a set.

7. Develop a routine.
Here's an example of
my routine...
Each day. Monday through
Friday. I lift weights targeting a single muscle group.
Then I follow it up with cardio.
I simply
come right back and repeat that routine following week.
Tip
8. Work out in the morning.
Chances are if
you put it off till after work... you'll skip it.
Bottom
line... most people are tired after work and can't get the energy to
work out.
Tip 9. Consistency.
I
don't care if you can only exercise for 5 minutes. Just do it.
Hark
unto me. Listen. You must build a habitual at home
exercising pattern. This means never skip. Just do
something until you get into the routine.
Tip 10.
Running shoes.
If everything else fails...
you can go for a 25 minute jog. It is your backup plan if you
just don't feel like lifting weights.
