A story about amazing
weight loss medicine guaranteed to have impact. Fast impact.
Growing
up, my dad owned an elder care business. I spent quite a bit a
time around that place.
Meeting
the residents. Basically, I got a first hand look inside what
goes on in a home for the elderly. No, this was not a nursing
home. Its technical name is a CBRF (Community Based
Retirement Facility). The residents here
could all basically take care of themselves when they arrived. Just needed a
helping hand here and there.
Anyway, what I
witnessed was astounding.
Let me explain...
When
you take an older person who has been living a "free" life for the
better part of a century and you take them out of their home and place
them in an "old-people" place... one of two things happens...
1.
They like it. They get to be around other people.
Make friends. Get great meals. They
basically adapt
quite well.
2. They "take a turn for the
worse".
The second occurrence usually takes place in
those who have had the most freedom. The "free spirits".
I
guess they see themselves losing all their freedom with nothing left to
live for. Probably, there are many reasons for the
disheartening.
But such is a topic for a different article.
Listen.
This applies to your weight situation.
So
what happens to these people is they just basically get "down in the
dumbs." They lose appetite. They lose motivation to
move.
And it's not that there isn't an good
number of activities for
them. There is.
It's just that when you lose
"spirit" you
don't care anymore. Pretty similar to those who've lost very
close loved ones. Husbands. Wives. When one goes... many times the other,
although
very healthy, is just a few weeks behind.
Bear with
me....
there's a "bright" side to all of this. Very bright.
So
bright it can literally sweep you on to astounding weight loss success.
So,
like I said, these formerly "spirited" people just lose heart.
They basically stop moving. The "zest" for life
disappears.
What follows is shocking...
Bodily
deterioration occurs rapidly. Bones get brittle.
Weight loss
occurs. They become more susceptible to sickness. To
death.
And it happens very very quickly!
One
minute they are fine, the next they are not!
Many
end up "bed-ridden". They end up confined to wheel
chairs. They just don't use their bodies anymore.
In most
cases osteoporosis sets in. Muscles get weak. THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO COULD GET
AROUND FINE JUST 2 WEEKS EARLIER!
Bottom line - they
get weak and brittle. FAST!
But
sometimes, on certain special instances. Miracles happen.
An old friend visits. A favorite relative.
The point
is, they get something to "look forward too". And things change for the better just as rapidly.
Not
just a little change. I'm talking humongous!
They
can suddenly move more.
Let me ask you something?...
How
is it that a person who could not formerly move much. Who is
pushed around in a wheelchair. How is it that they now push
themselves? How is it that many of them start walking?!
Now.
I am certainly no doctor and quite frankly... I just may be
full of b.s., but I don't think so. I think I know the answer
to why this happens.
I call it "spiritual
medicine".
You can see it in their face.
You
want to know the quickest way to get someone off their death bed?
Even when all the doctors say it's "hopeless"?
You
give them "Spiritual" medicine.
It's amazing, but
the exact same thing works wonders for those who want to lose weight.
I
read a while back that they
are now starting to take older people who are all brittle and wheel chair
confined and full of osteoporosis. They are taking them and
putting them on weight lifting regiments. I promise
you that I am
not making this up!!
They are getting these older
people to lift weights. To use their muscles.
Amazing
thing is...
There bones actually begin to get dense
again! The osteoporosis seems to start vanishing. They even begin to walk! To move!
This is well documented.
But
it starts with "spiritual medicine". You tell these people
that
there's a chance that they can walk again. Look younger.
Get better. Then
they want to actually try it out.
I
have zero doubt that much of it is do to the fact that someone is
finally paying attention to them again. They feel wanted.
That's
the spiritual medicine.
I believe it's best summed up as hope. When you have
something to hope for, it makes you want to move and get it.
So
let me ask you a very personal question: What do you see when
you look in the mirror?
What do you feel "deep-down"
inside?
I bet I know.
You
wish you looked different, but it all just seems so hard. I
mean,
that's what they say - "losing weight is hard". And how will
you
ever keep it off?
You probably even feel guilty that
you want to change. To look different. But you can't seem to
help the way you feel.
Feels kind of "hopeless",
doesn't it?
Now. I'm going to "go off on a
limb here". And this is certainly just my opinion.
Based on what I have witnessed. But I believe that this "hopeless"
feeling is a far greater contributor to your excess fat than what you
eat or even how much you exercise!
Read that last sentence again.
I am not alone in
this belief.
There's just something about your
attitude that has the power to make things hard, or easy.
How is your attitude?
Is it time for
some "spiritual weight loss medicine"?
Studies
are surfacing these days that seem to defy logic. They appear
to
indicate that diet and exercise are NOT the most important factor with
weight loss.
Like I said... everything that I've
seen seems backs this up.
Take two identical people and
place them on the
exact same diet and exercise program and one will lose weight while the
other will not.
What's the factor?
Attitude.
One believes they can with all their heart. The
other doesn't. One is full of hope. The other is
"hopeless".
Just like
the dramatic turn-around experienced when that old person's long lost
friend comes to visit... you get something to look forward too and
everything radically improves!
It's the amazing
effect of "spiritual medicine".
Listen.
Hark unto me. Get excited and stay that way!
Let
me sum it all up...
I
don't care how you do it. Take a look at a photo of a person
who has
lost 50 pounds or more... it's dramatic. Exciting!
Get
around people who encourage you. Picture yourself in that
bikini.
I don't care what you have to do... get excited and never let
it
go!
That's the starting point and it can literally sweep you on to a total body transformation.
Don't
ever, for one second, believe that losing weight is hard. It
most certainly is not... period!
When you believe
this. When you wake up each morning with joy and hope, loaded
with certainty that you are losing weight and that's final.
Then everything just seems to happen.
All
the "physical" diet and exercise stuff just begins working better.
It's amazing weight loss medicine.
Just
food for thought,
-Jason
