Weight loss miracle or cash robbing hoax?

choose the latter.
Many apologies to you if you've
wasted any significant sum of your hard earned coin.
Reason
is simple...
Weight loss is a lifestyle... NOT a fad!
Problem
with most people is they're after the "magic pill". The one
stop fix-it that will somehow magically melt away their pounds of lard
at lightning speed... without any discipline.
Guess
what?
It doesn't exist.
At least
NOT on this planet.
What makes this tropical fruit
dubbed Acai Berry so popular is simply the way it has been
marketed. A few inconclusive studies claim it just might
"aid" weight loss and all the sudden the "smart" diet companies throw
together a campaign.
The campaign is targeting you
and every other hopefully "gullible", naive individual who's bought
into the "magic pill" philosophy of life.
Remember...
it was shown to "aid" weight loss.
That's just a
clever way of saying that the only way you'll lose any weight with Acai
Berry, is to combine it with proper diet and exercise. In
other words... LIFESTYLE!
Makes me wonder if the
Acai Berry is even necessary!!
And if all it takes
to make insane sums of money is a silly campaign...
Heck,
someone should start packaging bananas under the catchy name
"banana-rama super fat loss fuel". After all... bananas have
been shown to have excellent weight loss properties as well.
Might work!
And actually... there's thousands of
possibilities here.
There are a whole slew of potent
fat burning foods out there that can help you lose weight.
They could just as easily be marketed as the next breakthrough "super
weight loss fuel".
Please excuse my rant here.
The
bottom line is... not Acai Berry or any other food will do one damn
thing unless used in the presence of a solid weight loss plan.
That
includes...
-- Consistently exercising...
--
Consistently eating an optimal diet.
Key word here
is consistently. It's a lifestyle choice.
Among
the two, diet is far and away the most important.
And
it is no breakthrough that an optimal weight loss diet does not mean
just popping a healthy food once in a while.
Thousands
of people thought that was the case with Acai Berry.
NEWSFLASH... they are still bloated, fat and wondering why!
An
optimal diet means consistently consuming the foods that will
super-charge your body and make it a fat burning inferno. And
if you must know... the drive through... a six inch sub or any of the
like, do NOT fit into that equation.
If you need to
lose weight fast.
You need to consistently follow
the right formula. Every day. The entire day.
Sorry.
No
way around it.
And with all the time you've spent
