7 Days, 2 Steps And Dramatic Weight Loss

Ok.

So what I wanted to write about today is pretty special.

You know how you always seem to be confused.

Like. Wishing that someone would just show you exactly what you need to do... the most important things... to lose weight.

Here's why.  I'm going to share with you two simple "daily" steps that are guaranteed to have you losing weight within just 7 days.

So basically, you're going to get some dynamite free information here that I could easily be charging for.  A lot!

Ok.  So that's my little rant... let's get started...

So if you remember my article from last week, I mentioned the power of a true "inspired belief".  

And this my friends, is step number one...

Every morning as soon as you wake up and every night just before you go to bed, I want you to put yourself in a relaxed state and repeat the following... "believing that it is 100% true":
"I am absolutely thrilled that losing weight is so easy for me.  Each day my body is becoming more and more beautiful and it feels fantastic.  I have never lost so much weight in all my life! I am completely deserving and worthy to have the body of my dreams and give thanks for that body now."

Remember.  You must believe and feel that it is 100% true.  That is key!

Now, at first this may be hard to swallow.

I mean,  you're probably wondering how repeating those words could have any effect.

But the power is staggering!

Science is beginning to catch up to the fact that the words and mental imagery that you constantly indulge in have a profound impact on your body.  On you life.

In short... by means which nobody quite knows... YOU BECOME YOUR THOUGHTS.  Literally.  This is true.

Many of the greatest minds ever to live have come to this conclusion.  Emerson.  Einstein.  Christ.  Gandhi.

It's very powerful.  

The point is... you are most impressionable just before going to bed and just after waking up.  When you repeat those words with feeling.  With the actual image of your perfect body in your mind.  Believing that you have it right now.  It sinks down into your subconscious mind and the results begin to appear.

Ok.  So if you can buy into step one.  Here's step two.

The number one physical problem that overweight people have is that they don't know how to eat... period!

More specifically, they don't know how to eat carbs.

When it comes to eating for weight loss, nothing... I mean nothing... is more important that learning how to eat carbs.

So here's your million dollar crash coarse.

There are basically three carb foods that give people the most problems.  They are pasta, bread and sugar.

Hark unto me.  Listen.

You absolute need carbs.  If you do not eat them it's just not healthy... period!

So what you want to do is follow a few very simple rules.

Rule 1:  Eat very little... if any... bread.

Bread is super energy dense and just has a habit of getting stored as fat.  Take my word for it... if you can strictly limit your bread intake your results will be amazing.

Rule 2:  Eat "starchy" carbs like pasta in the presence of protein and fat.  

So if I eat pasta... I will just add something like chicken and olive oil.  This dramatically reduces fat storage.  Research has proven it.

Also, please note...  you will tend to lose weight faster if you do not eat pasta during the P.M. hours.

Rule 3:  Eliminate refined sugar.  

It's actually pretty simple.  This means I stay away from high fructose corn syrup or anything that specifically has "added sugar".

So those three simple rules make up step two.

Alright.  Now, I'm sure you're probably thinking to yourself... "this sound so easy".

But the truth is... IT IS EASY.  Very easy!

And if you are consistent with these two step.  Then you will get results over the next 7 days.

But you must be consistent.
