it comes to your diet, there are a bunch of things you could focus on.
It's really a massive topic that I've spent years and years
studying.
But for the sake of keeping this very

to have people focus on. These
two
things seem to get the biggest fastest results. So if you
just
want to lose weight fast this will be what you should do.
The
first one is protein.
It's
really quite simple, protein is perhaps the single greatest fat burning

spewed out by "extremest", the results speak for themselves,
protein burns fat... period!
We
live in a "carb-crazed" environment. Cereals, bread, pasta,
whole grains... all these items are touted as the "holy grail" of
health. The stunning thing is, there are some studys that
indicate these things are the root of disease!
It's
simply
amazing to behold with your own eyes what happens when you take a
person living on a completely inadequate protein diet, and switch them

Look.
Everyone has there opinion here, but I'm just arrogant
enough to believe that I hold the correct one.
Why?
Because
I exercise more each week then 99% of the people on the planet.
I've tried virtually everything there is to try.
Weight
lifting, cardio, all of it.
This best of
the bunch is hands-down weight lifting.
You're
body was created to move weight. Pick things up.
Carry
things. Your muscles were designed to be used. When
you're
lift weights or even do some other form of muscle development
exercise
you make your body smile.
The contracting of muscle
fiber burns fat. The higher the muscle to fat ratio
on your
body... the more fat you burn.
This goes
for men and
women alike.
No exceptions!
In
my opinion 30 minutes lifting weights in the gym burns more fat than 2
hours walking on the treadmill. Don't ask me to prove it to
you
scientifically, I'm simply speaking from experience. I
believe that walking and other similar ones are some of the worst
exercises to lose weight fast.
I
lift weights five days a week and the results speak for themselves.
I know many other people who say the same thing.
If
you're not doing this, you're cheating yourself.
You

- I
focus on lifting weights five days each week. Each day I work
specific groups of muscles. For example, chest one day, back
the
next, legs the next, arms the next and lastly, I focus on shoulders.
On
the sixth day I do yoga to get a good stretch.
Listen
guys. There are many different routines out there that are
excellent. I don't claim mine is the best, but it works...
period. I strongly recommend you make an immediate effort to
do
something similar.
And

must practice...
5. Consistency -
Give it 14 days
This
is actually very simple, but NOT easy.
You're lazy.
I'm lazy. We're all lazy to some extent. It's just
human nature.
